We rode into town in time to see some of the USA Cycling Nat'l Championship races

The immense WHOOOSH noises as they went around and around were incredible.

It is extremely exhilarating to watch someone else moving very quickly.

We also ate at the Deschutes brewpub a couple of times. Gene got the sampler tray and was VERY happy!

Our second day in Bend, they had a giant food festival. Bend, let me tell you, was AWESOME that weekend.
