We saw giant palm tree farms just before landing, which probably do great business selling their trees to the local resorts andrich property owners. The palm doesn't seem to be native to the area, which is really very dry despite the humidity.

    well the palm tree are originally from the area, acapulco area is very dry but you can find palm tree everywere and and they grow whit almost not water.
