I third the "I don't know" motion. How in the world does that have to do with the French Revolution, or even victory. Whatever the artist was thinking I am seriously missing. -

It's victory as the angel is wearing a helmet showing a fight& holding corn which shows a future time of planty. the man's feet are a snake symbolising the devil so it's good triumphing over evil. -
