The northwest part of Maui sticks out so far from the main body of the island that it looks like a separate island.

So many birds, everywhere, all the time!! 24 hours a day, in restaurants, on the grass, in the airport... eating no visible food

It's mostly a grassy park but has a tiny beach with pretty views. Grass is better for tanning anyway; less sand sticks to you.
